Recently i was denied entry to a popular night club because of the fact that i was wearing gym shoes. Now if you don't already know this about me, i have a pretty extensive collection of gym shoes. Because of recent events i've noticed that my shoe game is a bit immature (seeing that i have no casual shoes). Normally this would not be an issue for me and i tried my best to play cool but in reality it really got under my skin. So my question to you readers is: When does ones shoe game absolutely have to mature? Does it matter? Do the type of shoes that one wears affect how people see them? What shoes make you feel what way? This is something thats was troubling me this past weekend. It would also help if someone could explain to me why clubs have these dress codes...
